Tiền thân của Công ty cổ phần Điện tử Biên Hòa là một công ty lên doanh giữa Công ty SANYO ELECTRIC Nhật Bản và Công ty Việt Nam được thành lập vào tháng 04 năm 1971 với tên giao dịch là Công ty SANYO INDUSTRIES VIETNAM, chuyên sản xuất các sản phẩm điện tử gia dụng.
Năm 1978, Công ty SANYO INDUSTRIES VIETNAM được quốc hữu hóa và đổi tên là Xí nghiệp Sanyo thuộc Công ty Cơ khí, Bộ Cơ khí và Luyện kim.
Năm 1983, Xí nghiệp Sanyo được đổi tên thành Xí nghiệp Viettronics Biên Hòa trực thuộc Liên hiệp các Xí nghiệp Điện tử, Bộ Cơ khí và Luyện kim.

Each of these menus has different characteristic. It is important to know that in order to gain an additional functionality offered by "GK menu", a user has to install a plug-in which can be found in the rest-files package of a particular template.
Internet Explorer 6 is on the way out, but there is still a significant number of users that are stuck to this browser. According to this, we decided that our templates are going to support IE 6 slightly. By dint of the "IE6 Bar" plug-in, available in templates menu options, users can apply the upper bar in their IE browser to keep them informed that Internet Explorer can not display the Web site properly. Additionally, instead of the whole range of template styles, we created one style- Universal Internet Explorer 6 CSS - project's website. Thanks to this, users will have the full access to the web’s content, but on the other hand, a web site’s appearance and functioning might be more rough to some extend.
